Take care of your harvest from field to freezer:

Dress game quickly & keep meat cool

Use breathable game bags (not plastic)

Keep meat clean, dry & off hot truck beds

Hang or chill meat below 40°F

Trim, clean & cook safely (160°F ground / 145°F roasts & steaks)

Proper care keeps your family safe, honors the animal, and prevents illness.
