Harmful Algal Bloom Confirmed in Bonneau Reservoir
Rocky Boy’s Reservation—A Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) has been confirmed in Boneau Reservoir. Signage will be posted warning recreators to take precautions when in the water. Blooms can impact human health and sicken or kill livestock and pets.
Rocky Boy Health Center Environmental Health staff observed the bloom on September 17, 2024.
