Rocky Boy Health Center mourns the passing of Lloyd “Corky” Billy, a former member of the Chippewa Cree Business Committee and our Board of Directors. Lloyd was a lifelong advocate for the health and well-being of our community, and his leadership leaves a lasting legacy.
The Chippewa Cree Tribe has declared Friday October 3, 2025, a tribal holiday in his honor.
