If you have been referred to a specialty clinic or outside provider, please remember:
Make sure RBHC has your current Proof of Residency (POR) and correct phone number on file.
The specialty clinic will contact you directly to schedule your appointment.
Transportation Assistance may be available for some referral appointments. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are only for referrals made by RBHC providers.

Emergency Room Visits:You must notify RBHC within 72 hours or PRC may not be able to assist with the bill.
Important: A referral does not automatically guarantee payment. Bills are reviewed through the Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) Program after your insurance is billed first.
If you receive a bill, do not ignore it.Bring or email it to the PRC Office as soon as possible.
