To help keep everyone safe, the Rocky Boy Health Center Wellness Center is reinforcing the following age policy:
Youth 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult to use the facility. Youth ages 14–17 are required to have a completed release and waiver form signed by both the participant and a parent/guardian before using the Wellness Center.
Forms must be turned in and kept on file prior to facility use.Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for our community!
