Diabetes Department will be out in the community in the mobile unit on the following dates and locations:
July 2, 2025 at Old SCC parking lot.
July 9, 2025 at Jitter Bugs parking lot.
July 23 , 2025 at the Tribal office parking lot.
Times for all three dates: 10:00 am - 2:00 p.m.
The purpose of mobile clinic dates is outreach for community members with a Diabetes diagnosis. Will answer any diabetes related questions within our scope.
We will be offering the following screenings:
-Vital signs
-Blood sugar check
-A1C checks
-Foot exams
