Veterans Day

This Veterans Day, take some time to celebrate, thank and honor all past and present veterans who have served and protected our nation. Native Americans, including American Indians, Alaska Natives and Native Hawaiians, have an extraordinary history of serving honorably and in great numbers in the United States Armed Forces. Veterans are among the most honored and respected individuals in many Native American communities. They have been protecting the land and people for over two hundred years and continue to serve with a desire to follow the cultural values and warrior traditions within their communities. This Veterans Day, we say “Thank you!”
